While all ticket sales are final, if you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control:
• Full Refunds (minus a $25 processing fee) are available until August 15th, 2025.
• Partial Refunds (50%) are available from August 16th to September 25th, 2025.
• No refunds after September 25th, 2025 (except in cases of emergency).
All refund inquiries can be made through the contact form.
In case of emergency
If you have an emergency that requires you to cancel your event attendance right before the event, please contact us through our TLX contact form before the event starts. We will assess refunds on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness. No refunds will be given for such requests received after the start of the weekend.
If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to another dancer at no extra cost:
• Deadline for Transfers: September 27th, 2025
• How to Transfer: Reach out to us through the contact form with your name & the full name & email of the person receiving the ticket. We will not approve transfers where the transferee is being charged more than the purchase price of the ticket. A student ticket may be transferred to a non-student, but the transferee needs to pay the difference between the student price and the corresponding non-student price in cash at the door.
